What did we do?

Conception:
We collaborated with the artist and creative team to develop a playful yet emotionally resonant narrative for the ‘DONGO!’ music video. The concept was built around humor, romance, and surrealism, balancing light-hearted moments with deeper emotional undertones.⁣
⁣
Production:
Our production team meticulously planned and executed the shoot, securing vibrant indoor and outdoor locations that aligned with the artistic vision. Props, costumes, and set designs were carefully curated to emphasize the video’s bold visual language.⁣

Shooting:
Over the course of two days, we captured a mix of staged and spontaneous moments, utilizing dynamic lighting setups and camera angles to enhance the surreal and romantic atmosphere. The artist’s performance was guided to bring authenticity and charm to every scene.⁣

Postproduction:
In postproduction, we fine-tuned the visuals, integrating bold color grading to highlight the surreal tones of the narrative. Editing focused on maintaining a rhythmic flow that complements the music while enhancing the comedic and romantic beats of the story.⁣

MEET ALEIX.

Aleix, after having studied cinematographic studies at the University of Barcelona, decided to do his last year at a film school in Santiago de Chile. He then went to work in Canada and France as a freelance Filmmaker. Right now he is following his new adventure in the beautiful city of Bruxelles with his newly incorporation as Postproduction manager at Jugaad.

His main interest is to tell stories through the camera, light or montage, especially when it involves people with humanitarian and social values.

After two years in Montreal and having learned Quebecois, Aleix is ready for any accent.
