🌄 Welcome to our soulful journey from Sealdah to Tinchuley — a hidden gem near Darjeeling!
In this video, we start from Sealdah Railway Station at night, hop on the Padatik Express (Train no. 12377), reach New Jalpaiguri (NJP), and then drive through scenic mountain roads to the tranquil village of Tinchuley.

To Reach Rai Resort by Sharing :
1. NJP to Siliguri:
Take a local taxi or auto-rickshaw from NJP to Siliguri Junction or Siliguri Bus Stand. This is a short distance and should be relatively inexpensive.
2. Siliguri to Takdah:
At Siliguri, look for shared jeeps (often SUMOs) heading to Takdah. These jeeps typically depart from near Vishal Cinema Hall.
3. Takdah to Tinchuley/ Tinchuley Rai Resort:
Once you reach Takdah, you can find shared jeeps that travel to Tinchuley. You may need to inquire about the specific departure times and locations for these jeeps, as they may not be as frequent as the ones to Takdah or directly book private cab from resort in advance.
