I have to be happy with Paris Fashion week for my MI Casting Models so far. For me we could do better but Rome wasn’t build in one day. Remember there are thousands of model who didn’t get those opportunities but you got them.

We got Rick Owens, Vowels and Post Archive show with 3 Models up and 4 jobs up till now. And an upcoming payed photoshoot after for 3 or 4 models which we booked. It would have been great if we had 4 Models working. I Almost managed to get one extra model a job but just by a little. Some of my Models need to trust me more when I tell them don’t book crazy appointments or plan anything during Fashion week. Keep that week free for me. You never know for which job or casting I need you to go. One model missed Rick Owens because of this.

The castings on invite the Models had to do but failed: Louis Vuitton, Bianca Saunders, 3Paradis, 032c, Fengchen Wang, Issey Miyake, Ziggy Chen, Lemaire, Bluemarble Paris, Kidill, Wales Bonner, Under Cover, Solid Homme, Jeanne Friot, Kartik research, Namesake, Taakk.

The show that they couldn’t do because of the schedule: IFM Paris

The one they missed out because of being to tired and they didn’t believe they could get the job: Daily Paper. This one frustrated me because I knew they would be perfect for this. We still have to work together on this.

I am the one who has to tell my Models when they didn’t get a job. I am the one they come to when they feel down or miserable because some critic was hard. I am learning them never to take anything personal. You can be beautiful, ugly,fat, not the right color for someone. It’s ok but don’t let those thing stick on you. Leave it on them. Never reply with anger and never on the moment. Reply with the softness of your heart and use your head. You are much smarter. Take critic as a learning point. We never lose but learn. What you didn’t get this it doesn’t mean it’s lost. Work to achieve it. Treat your body as your temple by knowing what you eat, drink and how to exercise. Be gentle to your body because you have to live in for a very long time. Body and mind goes together. Live like an Olympic athlete.

We got work to do after fashion week. Can’t wait to work on all our working points.
