Our industry is constantly evolving, as it should be. It’s powered by data, innovation, impact, efficiency, expertise… and yes, let’s add A.I. to that list too. But above all, it’s people who drive real change. People who inspire others, make a difference, and leave a lasting impression.
At the recent AMMA Ceremony, we took a moment to thank Wout Dockx and Serge De Schryver for their impact and dedication. Their leadership helped shape and strengthen the media ecosystem. Those who’ve had the chance to work closely with them know the true value of their expertise, insight, and personality. And if you haven’t yet, I’m sure they’d still be happy to share a coffee and a good conversation. As they officially step away from the business world, one thing is certain: their passion for media will remain strong. This week, CommPass, in collaboration with Media Marketing , MediaSpecs Belgium and PUB , launched 33 to Follow, an initiative that gives the entire media industry a chance to nominate emerging young talent.
Instead of choosing just one winner, 33 to Follow will spotlight 33 promising media professionals, aged 33 or younger, who are making an impact and standing out in the field.
CommPass is proud to roll out this project alongside all three partners, MM, MediaSpecs, and Pub, and aims to make it an annual tradition. Nominations open on August 25. More information: https://commpass.media/club33-commpass-media/33-to-follow/
