Sofiane Pamart is about to make history. On April 17, 2027, he will become the first pianist ever to perform at the Stade de France.

A defining figure of modern piano — balancing classical rigour, iconic presence and wide cultural reach — Sofiane Pamart continues his remarkable ascent, reaching the country’s most emblematic stage. Carried by a growing international audience and recently named Chevalier of the Order of Arts and Letters, his journey now leads to a moment that feels bigger than a concert.

Noise-rock band Pr******te’s joined the Mute family — and nothing about them is ordinary.
Born in a Dearborn (Michigan) basement during lockdown, the band grew up on frustration and the weight of being Arab in America. Pr******te turn their rage into something ferocious and strangely beautiful: thorny art, uncompromising brilliance, and a victory in every decibel.

Their debut album ‘Attempted Martyr’ is a full-spectrum blast of acerbic noise, sampler shrapnel, savagely mordant humour and bruised melancholy — abrasive and beautiful at the same time .

On March 13, the five-piece is reissuing the album on vinyl and CD via . Plus, they’re heading out on a European tour next year.  To mark the announcement, the band shares a new video for ‘Mr. Dada’.

Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds release ‘Live God’, the stunning testament to The Wild God Tour — nights described by Cave as “an antidote to despair.”

Across 18 tracks, the album captures that rare feeling when a show becomes transcendent, unforgettable & cathartic. Filmed live in Paris, ‘Live God’ distills the electricity of those evenings, the kind that left entire arenas stunned.

With more monumental shows ahead in 2026, this chapter is far from over.

BEHIND THE ALBUM: Tom Smith – There Is Nothing In The Dark That Isn’t There In The Light.

Driven by the desire to create a solo record, Tom Smith releases his debut album today.
From Deep Dive — the first track he recorded with Iain Archer, where they immediately clicked — to the rest of the album, Tom looks back on the moments of the process he loved most: the more intimate, sparser passages, shaped by personal lyrics that bring a true sense of vulnerability.

The result is a bare, stripped-back record, beautifully raw and acoustic.

Discover the stories behind the album.
