As the year comes to a close, the entire Staghill Creative team would like to take a moment to say thank you. Thank you to all our clients, partners, teams, artists, and institutions who placed their trust in us this year across all our projects.

Every event, every collaboration, and every challenge we faced together has contributed to a meaningful human and professional journey. You are many, diverse, demanding, and creative, and it is precisely this that drives us to raise our standards higher every day.

During this holiday season, we especially remember our colleague, friend, and founding member of the company, Elliott Hillaert, who passed away this summer. We send our heartfelt support to his family. His vision, energy, and passion continue to resonate at the core of Staghill and inspire each of our projects.

May 2026 be filled with new projects, inspiring encounters, and even more memorable events to share together.

Moritz, Gabriel and Otto.

One of Ghent’s foremost heritage monuments, the Sint-Pietersabdij (St Peter’s Abbey) traces its origins back to the 7th century and stands on the Blandijnberg — the hill around which the city historically grew. Today it’s a museum and cultural venue with exhibitions, historic cloisters, a medieval refectory, gardens with a vineyard, herb and fruit orchards, and peaceful courtyards that offer a unique glimpse into centuries of monastic life and architecture.

Project: Expo Judith, a Carolingian Princess in Ghent?
Venue: Sint-Pietersabdij Gent
City: Ghent

This exhibition revisits the discovery of the remains found in 2006 beneath the Sint-Pietersplein, known as grave S127 — possibly belonging to Judith of Flanders, daughter of Charles the Bald and first Countess of Flanders.
Visitors had the chance to step into the shoes of archaeologists and historians: thanks to artifacts from across Europe, interactive research tables, multimedia displays and reconstructions, the exhibition offered a deep dive into early medieval history and the social environment of the Carolingian elite.
Running from 4 October 2024 to 19 January 2025, the expo blended historical investigation, scientific analysis and immersive storytelling — making it a standout cultural event in the heart of Ghent.
