Nightfalls Radio is a weekly radioshow hosted and produced by Kenny Raw, long time resident DJ and producer at Urgent.FM. The style of music on Nightfalls Radio can range from melodic and deep techno to more progressive and minimal sounding grooves. Urgent.FM’s studio’s are located in Ghent, a beautiful Belgian city in the east of Flanders. Born and raised there Ken Raa started his musical carreer
in 1995 as a drummer, playing in several bands with styles ranging from rock, blues & jazz. In 1999 Ken made the switch from his drums to his turntables and started playing mainly techno music. It’s only a year later in 2000 that he started his radio adventure at Urgent.FM where he has been playing almost weekly shows ever since! It’s his fourth radioshow by now and the current name is linked to his label Nightfalls Recordings. Night Falls is contrary, sexy and open- minded.
