🌱 Sustainability begins at home.

We designed Maak je meter slim for Flux50, VEKA, Fluvius, Volta and ODE Vlaanderen. It is a website that guides citizens, municipalities and professionals through the world of smart energy management.

The platform combines clear explanations, product comparisons and a simple wizard that helps users find the right solutions for solar panels, EVs, heat pumps, batteries and more. Complex choices become practical steps toward sustainable energy use.

🚀 New speaker announced!

We are very happy to welcome , co founder of Borro, the cashless deposit system that makes reusable cups smarter and easier to use.

Borro already runs in major stadiums such as Club Brugge and KV Mechelen, and the team is now expanding into other European countries. Their mission is simple yet ambitious: remove all friction around reusable items so that circular systems can truly scale.

Glenn will share how Borro grew from a master thesis into a company that makes a real impact.

Fragrance standards, but simple. That is what asked us to help with.

IFRA makes sure fragrance is used safely and sustainably across the world. They set the rules, share knowledge and push for responsible innovation.

We created a new website with them that makes all of this easier to access. Clear structure, friendly design, built for everyone. From policy makers to brands, and anyone curious about safe fragrance use.

Thanks to the IFRA team for the trust and the teamwork.

🎤 Speaker spotlight: Damien Laglera, Loop Earplugs

At Loop, Damien defines how products look and feel through colour, material and finish. With a background in eyewear, watches and interiors, he bridges physical and digital design.

In his talk “Beyond silos: where UX, ID and CMF fuse to create emotion”, he will share how connecting these disciplines helps products move beyond function and build real emotional impact.

How do you turn a complex set of salary choices into something people actually understand? 💶

That was the challenge behind FlexPay, Acerta’s new platform for flexible employee benefits. It gives people the freedom to exchange part of their salary or bonus for perks they truly value, like a bike, extra time off or a new laptop. We supported the journey from strategy to screen. Through research, design, prototyping and front end development, we kept one goal in mind: make the experience feel personal, clear and easy to act on.

The result is a platform that’s already helping employees across Belgium take real control over their benefits. And for employers, it’s a smarter way to offer flexibility without extra admin. 🧘‍♂️

Last week we took a moment to step out of project mode. The full Little Miss Robot team joined an internal workshop to reflect on how we work, where things get stuck, and what we can do better together.

No post-its needed for the second half though, just pizza & cocktails for a cosy evening at Take In. 🍸🍹

For ECFS we developed EOS Medical, a mobile app that supports patients during their obesity treatment with personalized guidance and direct communication with healthcare providers, ensuring a more connected experience. To date, the app has guided hundreds of patients through their treatment journey and helped with their road to recovery 💙
