We are very happy to welcome , co founder of Borro, the cashless deposit system that makes reusable cups smarter and easier to use.

Borro already runs in major stadiums such as Club Brugge and KV Mechelen, and the team is now expanding into other European countries. Their mission is simple yet ambitious: remove all friction around reusable items so that circular systems can truly scale.

Glenn will share how Borro grew from a master thesis into a company that makes a real impact.

How do you turn a complex set of salary choices into something people actually understand? 💶

That was the challenge behind FlexPay, Acerta’s new platform for flexible employee benefits. It gives people the freedom to exchange part of their salary or bonus for perks they truly value, like a bike, extra time off or a new laptop. We supported the journey from strategy to screen. Through research, design, prototyping and front end development, we kept one goal in mind: make the experience feel personal, clear and easy to act on.

The result is a platform that’s already helping employees across Belgium take real control over their benefits. And for employers, it’s a smarter way to offer flexibility without extra admin. 🧘‍♂️
