Hammok came by the studio to rip through a live session, somewhere in between EU/UK touring. I’ve been a huge fan myself for a while, and we’d been talking about doing this, so finally making it happen was insanely exciting.

If you’ve been unlucky enough not to cross paths with this band yet: their sound is massive, urgent, haunting… Noise, post-hardcore… labels fall short. HAMMOK carves out their own lane. FFO Metz, Touché Amoré, … but they’ve truly got their own thing going.

I got to know them as one of the hardest-working bands out there, and it shows: Eurosonic, Best Kept Secret, ArcTanGent, Øya, a glowing Pitchfork review…

Feeling grateful I got to throw myself into this one! Live session drops soon.
