Born in Belgium Alex D'hondt aka Greg Standford is a belgian
producer with more then 25 years of experience in dance music. He started his musical carreer in 1989 with his first release
on the legendary Belgian New Beat label TARGET records. Soon more releases followed on labels such as Indisc and Bonzai records. In the early nineties he runned his own cd-vinyl shop Doctor Vinyl
and soon they s

tarted their own label with partner in crime
Keith Burton and Patrick De Meyer (Tragic/Fatal Error, T99, Technotronic ...) ,
the label was called Bomb Trexx and the music was a mix of techno and disco groove. After some more releases on Bonka records and Yellow Cab they started a new project;
"White Widow" and under that name they scored in the charts and those tracks
( Leave, I love the World and Spy ) are still real retro classics. In 2000 they scored a real club hit in Spain with "Cube - Keep my love alive",
then followed by a disco groove floorfiller with Wim Perdaen (Blue Adionis - Discocop)
"Greg Standford - Heart on the back" ( including Natural Born Grooves Remix )
which was released on Slammin' vinyl in the States. After a long break of other professional pursuits it was time for a come-back in
a totally changed music industry landscape, he decided the time was right
to start his own record label as Castor recordings was born. Their brand new sound - style is coming your way now, the future looks bright !
