📚 Presenting the 'Islam, Culture and Society' series, from network meeting to book launch

Last Friday, we joined the BASICS network meeting in Ghent, where we presented the volumes in the peer-reviewed 'Islam, Culture and Society' series, alongside other related Leuven University Press publications.

Yesterday, we celebrated the launch of 'Radical Dreams: French and Belgian Volunteers in the Syrian Revolution' by Montassir Sakhi, the most recent volume in the 'Islam, Culture and Society' series. Drawing on interviews with Syrian revolutionaries and European volunteers, the book offers an in-depth study of their experiences, motivations, and trajectories.
