It is our honor and for Mahal, 2017 to be screened at the celebration of 100 years of Philippine Cinema.
As we celebrate the 100 Years of Philippine Cinema, the Film Development Council of the Philippines and Cinematheque Centre Manila presents A Sandaan: Philippine Cinema Centennial Talk on Real to Reel: Documentary Films in Philippine Cinema followed by a screening of Sinag Maynila's 2018 Best Short Film, Mahal, 2017 directed by Janine Santos
The panel including Mr. Victor Tagaro, Cha Escala, Joseph Laban, Jayson Bernard Santos, Victor Acedillo and Kevin Piamonte will be discussing where is the Documentary Films now in terms of improvements, progress and achievements and how it affects and influences us that helped shape our country to what it is today.
