Maurice un coq qui vient d'ailleurs et prétend souffler un vent de démocratie , Djibouti en a marre du bruit d'outre mers. Mais à Djibouti, il y a d'autres bruits, qui sont normaux et autorisés comme Vive Papa IOG et Vive Maman Kadra Haid.
