L'emergenza Coronavirus ferma anche il Vinitaly di Verona. La grande rassegna del vino non si terrà quest'anno, ma è stata posticipata al 2021, dal 18 al 21 aprile. Lo ha deciso il cda di Veronafiere, a causa del perdurare dell'allerta sanitaria. (ANSA)

Have you heard the news? ….Prosecco rosé is coming to a market near you- set for release on New Years Day 2021.

“Prosecco rosé will be a blend of Prosecco’s native Glera grape (the workhorse of the DOC blends) with 10 to 15 percent Pinot Noir, which is the only red grape now allowed in Prosecco, fermented without its skins to make a white wine.”

Hai sentito la notizia? Il Prosecco rosé sta arrivando su un mercato vicino a te, pronto per essere lanciato nel 2021.

“Il Prosecco rosé sarà una miscela di uva Glera, varietà nativa del Prosecco (il cavallo di battaglia delle miscele DOC), e una percentuale di Pinot Noir dal 10 al 15 percento, che è l'unica uva rossa ora consentita nel Prosecco, fermentata senza le bucce per produrre un vino bianco."
