Rainy days like these are excellent to discover some new music. So, I've updated my 'MONTHLY DISCOVERIES' playlist on Spotify!

18 new & older tracks, including two really magnificent remixes by Soulwax and Laurent Garnier. Seriously I recommend you to check out these gems. Still can't process how Soulwax took Sylvesters 'Mighty Real' to even a higher level!

Time flies, even in these exceptional times. A year ago I recorded this set during a -vinyl only- livestream. It ended up on the mixcloud of thé very best café in Leuven, Café AperO. Filled with tracks I would really love to play over there! Hope to see you soon, somewhere around a dj-booth, it's been way too long.

Just updated my 'MONTHLY DISCOVERIES' playlist on Spotify for the first time this year, accompanied with new artwork.
Added 23 tracks I (re)discovered, mostly House and Disco. Amazing tracks by Mr. Ho, John Noseda, Eris Drew, Bonobo & Legowelt Music just name a few.
This playlist now contains 131 tracks, what equals 14 hours of music. Plenty of music to keep your dance moves on point!

Just did a major update in my home booth. Insane sound improvement because of the Yamaha's HS 8 + Aphex Aural Exciter & Optical Big Bottom(!!!). Last but not least, FINALLY bought my very own disco ball!

So, I'm planning to buy a new pair of studio monitors for my home studio. These monitors will be used both for dj'ing and producing. After some research, I consider buying one these two: the Yamaha HS 8 vs. KRK Rokit 8. I don't care about the looks, as long as it is a decent speaker worth it's money (max. €300 each).

So dear colleagues and music enthusiasts. Which one do you prefer, or do you recommend another speaker?

AT LAST, this Sunday I'll be playing in front of a real crowd for the first time in 4 months at Matinee | Zomerkamp Genk! Also the first time I'll be doing a b2b with Ruben VSB (that jolly guy from De Serre Hasselt).

Without a doubt this will result in some good times, certainly if you take into account that my buddies Juicy 'the Dj' & Cisco FM are also on the line-up.

I collected a sh*tload of new tracks these past months, eager to play them gems out!
