Today, I want to share something personal.. something that doesn’t usually show behind the scenes of the music.

Recently, I lost my father to cancer. And while it might have looked like I just kept going, playing shows and posting highlights, the truth is that it’s been heavy. Very heavy.

Inspired by a post I saw from (thank you for the courage), I felt it was time to say that life isn’t always a party. Even if it looks that way online. Behind every beat and every smile, there’s also grief, love, and loss.

But here’s what I’m taking from it: If you’r healthy, hug your people, Celebrate the moments. Feel everything. Because life is fragile, and so, so precious.

I’ll keep showing up with energy and joy but now, more than ever, it comes from a place of depth, not just hype.
