EFCC Jails TikTokers TDollar and TobiNation for Naira Abuse in Lagos!

Social media influencers TDollar and TobiNation have just been sentenced to 6 months in prison (with an option of ₦200,000 fine each) by a Lagos court after they were caught spraying naira notes at a party in Ikoyi.

Their viral TikTok videos from the event landed them in serious trouble as the EFCC moved in quickly, charging them for violating Section 21(1) of the CBN Act which prohibits abuse of the Nigerian currency.

The EFCC is not smiling anymore — whether you’re on TikTok or in a wedding hall, spraying naira is now a fast track to jail!

Moral lesson: Clout is sweet, but freedom is sweeter.
