Dear friends of Study in BG,

Today, 24th December, we in Bulgaria are celebrating Christmas Eve. Tomorrow is Christmas Day, and in just a few days we’ll be welcoming the New Year.

English translation: “Само така” or “Точно така”? Which one would you choose?

We use “Само така” when we like what someone is saying or doing and want to encourage or support them. It is often combined with “Bravo!”
Example: “Bravo! Само така, don’t give up!”

We use “Точно така” when we agree with someone or when we are confirming what they said.
Example: “Точно така, the correct answer is A.”
