Five years, thousands of hours of work, and over 120 completed commercial and film productions have brought us to this moment, one where we can proudly and happily say that we’ve successfully delivered one of the most exciting projects in the Ten Dots portfolio: the "First Step on Mars" sequence for the Schweppes Take Your Time campaign by TBWA\Paris.
The result clearly proves that our efforts have not been in vain. We’ve built a perfectly functioning system that meets even the highest standards of Virtual Production, and we’re confidently heading in the right direction.
Directed by Susanna White (Star Wars: Andor), with cinematography by John Mathieson (Gladiator, Logan, X-Men: First Class) and production design by Will Htay (Rogue One: A Star Wars Story), the shoot was realized primarily in the Ten Dots LED volume, bringing this Mars mission to life.
The VP and VFX crew brought exceptional talent to the table:
Yavor Rachev and Genco Üney (Ten Dots), who delivered outstanding Unreal Engine skills and deep VP expertise;
Quentin Jorquera, who led the project as VP Supervisor;
Marc-Thomas Cavé (Digital District™), Jean-Stéphane Beetschen (Digital District™, Paintover), and Alice Franchet (Digital District™).
On set, Pierre Pilard (VFX) and Thomas Cureaux (Art Direction) from Digital District™ ensured everything ran smoothly and seamlessly.
