Observing, controlling and supporting service delivery
Ensuring systems, methodologies, and procedures are in place and followed by developing strategies and procedures to improve the performance of customer environments
Monitoring incidents, organizing identification of the root cause, coordinating actions to restore services
Facilitating and implementing automation as possible
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience - Infrastructure Maintenance Support in a diverse IT landscape
Windows Server Administration (2008 R2 and above)
Good knowledge in the Network sphere
ITIL Foundation certified
Fluency in English
Excellent communication, analytical and report-writing skills
Technical Skills (two or more of the following required):
Citrix or/and VMware
Citrix ADC (formerly NetScaler ADC)
Monitoring systems (Zabbix, Datadog, Nagios, Spiceworks, Cacti, Icinga, PRTG, Spectrum, Tivoli…)
Web servers: IIS/ Apache/ Tomcat/ Jboss/ DotNet
Azure Cloud
PowerShell Scripting
Automation Systems (Opcon, $Universe, Vtom, Ansible)
GitLab Enterprise Edition
Linux (RedHat)
SQL Server
API technology
Kubernetes and Docker
