Започваш стаж или първа работа? Ето как да управляваш времето си ефективно:

🎨 Стартът в професионалната среда идва с много нови отговорности и уроци. За да не се удавиш още на първата седмица, ето няколко изпитани съвета (лично проверени и от нашия стажант Любен Гогов - https://bit.ly/4epLVHa):

1️⃣ Ограничи фокуса си: Не се хвърляй на всичко едновременно - избери 2-3 важни задачи за деня и ги свърши качествено.

2️⃣ Ползвай календар и органайзер: Дори гъвкава креативна работа изисква малко структура - онлайн календар или бележки на хартия ще ти спестят забравени срещи и срокове.

3️⃣ Прави кратки паузи: Кратките почивки между задачите помагат да освежиш мисълта си и да останеш продуктивен. Дишай дълбоко, протегни се или се раздвижи – енергията и новите идеи се появяват именно в тези моменти.

4️⃣ Обсъждай приоритетите с ментора или екипа: Не се притеснявай да питаш, ако нещо не е ясно или имаш нужда от помощ с подредбата на задачите.

5️⃣ Планирай време и за себе си: Балансът между работа, творчество и личен живот е ключът да не загубиш вдъхновение.

В реалния свят тайната не е да правиш всичко наведнъж, а да дадеш максимума си в правилния момент! Успех на старта - нито един талант не трябва да гори на бавен огън.

As a Monday motivation, we’re proud to share that we were recently part of an inspiring visit to China, representing Bulgaria’s creative and tech industries along with our partners from CreaTech Bulgaria!🤝

Organized by and supported by the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China, this journey took us through Shenzhen, Hangzhou, and Beijing. 🌏We had the unique opportunity to visit the headquarters of Tencent, Alibaba Group, Xverse, and Xuanzhi, where we connected with some of the brightest minds in gaming, VR/AR, and robotics.🎮🤖

Exchanging ideas on innovation, culture, and future partnerships inspired us to dream bigger and strengthen ties between Bulgaria and China in the interactive entertainment space. We’re grateful for this chance to learn, collaborate, and pave the way for exciting new projects. Happy Monday—let’s keep building global connections!🚀

Днес не е просто ден – днес е Денят на детето! 🌟

В Империя Онлайн вярваме, че всяко дете заслужава възможност да мечтае, да открива и да се развива. Затова отбелязваме този специален ден по най-смисления начин – като даряваме щастие.

Тази година съдбата ни срещна с вдъхновяващите деца от "Дари знание" – прекрасна инициатива на Фондация „Добро за всеки“. Проектът започва като малка странична дейност, а днес се е превърнал в силно движение, което осигурява допълнителни образователни дейности за деца в нужда. Мотото им „Дари образование на децата“ е не просто послание – то е мост към едно по-светло бъдеще.

Ние споделяме тази визия. Вярваме, че достъпът до технологии и образование не трябва да бъде лукс, а право за всяко дете. The idea for the eponymous game – Imperia Online – was born back in 2005, when Dobroslav Dimitrov – the designer of the gameplay – and Moni Dochev - freelance programmer (at the time) – crossed paths.
