Wednesday Mood: Balanced & Beautiful ✨️
Taking a slow, intentional moment to reset this Wednesday. ☕️ Mid-week can feel like a rush, but fueling your body shouldn't be. Today’s plate is all about that "comfy-cozy" nutrition—nourishing, filling, and colorful.
We’ve got a duo of toasted wraps to keep things interesting: one packed with savory beef and the other with chicken. Both are layered over a base of fluffy rice and a dark leafy green salad for those essential micronutrients. 🥗
To keep the energy stable for the rest of the afternoon, we added:
• Jammy eggs - high-quality protein to keep you full longer. 🍳
• Fresh cucumber for a refreshing crunch. 🥒
• Creamy avocado for those heart-healthy fats. 🥑
• A drizzle of high-protein sauce (with no added sugar!) to keep the flavors bold but the nutrition clean.
And because we need that little bit of comfort to get us through the week, a side of crispy sweet potato fries for that perfect hit of complex carbs. 🍟 It’s the little things - and the good fats - that give you that little boost that you need.
