Prime Eon Media will be severing it's ties with specific "Greek Bands" in it's roster, due to the nature of "Preferential Treatment" they receive because of the fact that certain of their members also are working in the Greek Metal Hammer, we 've not only had the said magazine BEG US for advertisements, but following an event where a couple of them got their butts kicked because they would not honor the deal that was in place, said they would not cover any of our bands anymore, due to them being on the label, which is completely moronic. The first band affected is Foray Between Ocean, whose singer is the graphics artist of metal hammer greece. Talented as the band may be (among the best in Greece imho), we didn't do a good job promoting them, because we had to deal with such BS. The other Greek band that is affected by this and also has a couple of members flying in high horses is expected either to chastise the said publication or will also have to sever ties with the label and then it would probably receive coverage, after they pay the "rates", that are necessary for advertising... as they say in their cover, in union we stand, as long as you pay in cash and thank you very much. I will just have to stop any possible collaborations with Greek bands. After all, no one seems to give a s**t, unless it's "trending" ... Stock will be liquidated and the business model will shift.
