From a Rough Start to a 3.92 ROAS in Month 2
Here’s what it looks like when you lay the right foundation:

This was our second month working with this client, but it didn’t start like this. At the beginning, the brand needed a lot of work:
The product photos and branding didn’t reflect the quality of their products.
The funnel wasn’t optimized, leading to a high drop-off rate.
We even had to bring in new models and revamp the creative assets before we could scale the ads properly.
We intentionally slowed down at first, focusing on fixing these foundational issues before turning up the ad spend. Once everything was in place, we used a simple ad structure to drive results:

💡 Broad Targeting: Keeping it open except for gender to let Meta’s algorithm work its magic.
💡 Creative Testing: 3-9 ad creatives, optimized over time by evaluating CTR (click-through rate) and performance.
This strategy, paired with the improved branding and funnel, made all the difference. It’s a reminder that great results don’t happen overnight—they’re built on a strong foundation and a clear plan.
