Beach Vibes & Cheesy Macaroni: Quick and Delicious Recipe!
1. Boil macaroni with a pinch of salt and 2 tablespoons of oil. Drain and set aside.
2. Chop garlic, spring onions, bell peppers (shimla mirch), and carrots.
3. In a pan, sauté the chopped garlic until it’s golden.
4. Add tomato paste and let it cook for a few minutes.
5. Add boiled chicken to the pan and fry for 2 minutes.
6. In a bowl, mix:
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2.5 tablespoons hot sauce
- 3 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
- Ketchup (according to taste)
7. Pour the sauce mix into the pan with the chicken.
8. Add the following spices:
- 2 tablespoons red chili powder
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 1.5 tablespoons paprika powder
- 1.5 tablespoons chile flakes
- Salt to taste
9. Add chopped veggies.
10. Stir in cream cheese and let everything cook together for 2-3 minutes.
10. Mix in the boiled macaroni and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
