Reggae artist Essa Alhayee and his band The Legendz perform an exclusive acoustic session for Faces of Bahrain. The Legendz takes us back in time with their soulful rendition of some of the best Reggae songs such as No Woman, No Cry by Bob Marley and Near or Far by Skillinjah featuring Josh Heinrichs.
Essa also debuts an original song called Don't You Know followed by an instrumental music he also composed. The performance ends with a unique arrangement of Bob Marley's Redemption Song mashed-up with another musical legend Ali Bahar.

Scottish singer/songwriter Sandi Thom performs an exclusive acoustic session for Faces of Bahrain. This is as raw as music can get as she performs a stripped-down version of a few of her original songs such as Heart of Stone from her Merchants and Thieves album and her biggest hit single I Wish I Was A Punk Rocker from her debut album Smile It Confuses People.

Sandi also covers some of her musical influences and favorite songs such as The Big Ones Get Away by Buffy Sainte Marie, November Rain by Guns N' Roses, and Your Heart Is As Black As Night by Beth Hart & Joe Bonamassa.

Salah Salahuddin is an automotive enthusiast who took his passion into greater heights and made it into a successful career. He started back in the 1980s racing all forms of motorsports possible at the time.
His uncle who influenced and introduced him into the world of motorsports competed against him in the first official race at the famous Sakhir runway back in the 90s.
He evolved his passion further by bringing his dream into reality with SMS Design & Performance, an automotive workshop where they maintain, restore and build one off projects. It has become a birthplace of dream cars for racers and enthusiasts.
Salah also manages the SMS racing team which holds multiple world records in drag racing.

Scottish singer and songwriter Sandi Thom was among the first few artists who started doing live streaming of her acoustic performances on the Internet before it became the norm today. Her most popular single I Wish I Was A Punk Rocker from her debut album Smile It Confuses People topped the UK Charts in mid-2000.

Sandi has always been passionate about music that she decided to study at the Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts where she graduated with a degree in Performing Arts. She eventually started a career in the music industry with her bandmates.

Alongside her love for music, her compassion towards animals led her to build a new shelter in Bahrain called Bahrain Animal Rescue Center (BARC) where she takes care of abandoned animals.
