The community action group M.O.V.E. Bermuda — which stands for Mobilize, Organize, Visualize, and Execute — held its first-ever Community Awards Dinner and Entertainment event last evening, celebrating the work of individuals making a positive impact on the island.

Honorees included Trevor Lindsay of TNN, recognized for his extensive community work; Ellen K. Horton and the Westend Warriors, applauded for their efforts in saving Westend Primary School from closure — a battle that spanned three years; and HOT 107’s, Magic and Inter Island Communications (IIC) CEO Glenn Blakeney, honored for their contributions in helping M.O.V.E. spread its message to the broader public.
