Mas com o passar do tempo e com a necessidade de produzir mais informações, o jornal passou a semanal. Algum tempo depois, Karin se desligou do jornal.
Com a saída de Karin Mariana Rose Marmentini segue com o projeto, agora consolidado.
Então, por que mudar? Simplesmente porque o mundo está em constante movimento. Não é mais aquele do tempo que nós nascemos. O mundo que estamos vivendo é de transição, muita instabilidade e pluralidade, exige renovação e inovação.
Toda empresa, instituição, e até mesmo na vida pessoal se percebem as mudanças. Por isso novas competências são exigidas para se adequar ao ambiente externo, por vezes menos favorável. Se for complacente ao mesmo é passível de acomodação. Para permanecer na onda universal do movimento, é preciso mudar e se adaptar ao fluxo.
Foi nessa perspectiva que mudamos o nome do jornal para GAZETA DO VALE. Para crescer... para entrar na onda, expandir e crescer. E para isso abranger um raio maior de leitores e anunciantes, atingindo outras cidades do Vale do Araranguá, da região da AMESC que conta hoje com 15 municípios.
Foi uma decisão fácil?
Não, porque primeiro, a mudança nos remete para fora da nossa zona de conforto, rumo ao desconhecido, sem certezas e garantias de resultados. Mas o medo foi superado. Mesmo sabendo que as mudanças não se restringem, simplesmente, a acionar um botão de liga ou desliga. As mudanças envolvem um processo psicológico baseado em motivos pessoais e profissionais. Ou seja: só muda quem quer.
Portanto, quando acordarmos pela manhã, sentindo que pode ser melhor, acontece.
E com muita alegria damos às boas vindas ao JORNAL GAZETA DO VALE.
