Refreshing Watermelon Juice Recipe 🍉🍹
Ingredients:
500g of watermelon (cut into seedless pieces)
200 ml of water (or more if you prefer a more liquid texture)
Juice of 1 lemon
Sugar or honey to taste (optional)
Ice to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Watermelon:
Cut the watermelon into pieces and remove the seeds (if any). It’s not necessary to remove the rind, but you can if you prefer. Cut the fruit into smaller pieces to make blending easier.
Blend in the Blender:
Place the watermelon pieces in the blender. Add 200 ml of water (or more if you prefer a thinner juice).
Blend until the watermelon is completely liquefied and smooth.
Add the Lemon and Sweetener (Optional):
Add the juice of 1 lemon for a touch of acidity that pairs well with the watermelon.
If needed, add sugar or honey to taste, but keep in mind that watermelon is naturally sweet, so be careful not to overdo it.
Strain (Optional):
