0.5 cup lemon juice
1 liter of ice water
2 small bananas
1 tablespoon chopped ginger,
peel before chopping Sugar or sweetener to taste

Invigorating Fitness Juice:

Ingredients:
1 green apple, cut into pieces
1 cucumber, peeled and cut
1 handful of fresh spinach
1/2 lemon (juice)
1 small piece of fresh ginger, peeled
1 cup coconut water (no added sugar)
Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

Prepare the Ingredients: Wash and cut all ingredients as needed.

Juice Assembly:

Add the green apple, cucumber, spinach and ginger to a blender.
Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the mixture.
Addition of Liquids:

Pour the coconut water into the blender.
Mix:

Mix all ingredients until you get a smooth consistency.
Strain (Optional):

If you prefer a more liquid juice, strain the mixture using a fine sieve.
Serve:

Pour the juice into a glass.
Add ice cubes if desired.

Additional Tips:

Vary the Ingredients: Try different combinations of fruits and vegetables, such as pineapple, carrots, or kale.
Sweeten Naturally: If you feel the need to sweeten, add a little honey or agave.
