These Creamy Garlic Butter Lobster Tails are a decadent and flavorful dish that highlights the sweet taste of lobster with a rich garlic butter sauce. Perfect for a special occasion or a luxurious dinner at home!
Ingredients:
For the lobster tails:
4 lobster tails, thawed (if frozen)
1/4 cup unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Prepare the lobster tails:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the center to expose the meat. Carefully pull the meat out slightly to rest on top of the shell.
Make the garlic butter sauce:
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
Stir in the heavy cream, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Bake the lobster tails:
Place the lobster tails in a baking dish. Pour the creamy garlic butter sauce generously over the lobster meat.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
Serve:
Remove the lobster tails from the oven and drizzle any remaining sauce over the top.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
