Wondering if anyone is familiar with this brand Beam Co wood stove? Where it was made, any history about them?

Im really needing some help. We have had this wood stove for about two years now, it did fine for the first winter, the next winter it started blowing wind down the chimney and fills our house up with smoke almost every time. Has anyone else had this issue? We have cleaned the stove pipe, added pipe to make it farther off our roof, and still have gotten nowhere. If we can get it good and hot it wont do it, but we usually cant get a fire going good enough first. And info would help thank you!

Replaced my old Jensen wood furnace with a new Shelter wood furnace a few years back. Took a little tweaking but finally have it dialed in. The temps have been in the teens at nite and twenty’s during the day. It is a nice toasty 84 degrees in the house currently. I am heating 2000 square feet with this set up and burning 6-10 pieces of wood during the day time and 1 bag of pellets during the evening . The system works flawlessly start the wood furnace in the morning the pellet stove goes out and wood takes over then the wood furnace goes out and pellet stove automatically takes back over. I only run the wood on very cold days and average 1 cord of wood and 3-4 tons of pellets a year. Very pleased with this set up.

We just bought a house with this Elmira Sweetheart stove the tag on the back says Oct 81 / Feb 82
The chimney would need work and the stove would need to get certified is it worth it? Is this stove worth anything are part available if anything needs repair. It looks to be in quite good condition.

Looking for a bit of advice! Moved in last year, year two with a woodstove. Noticed a mild leak of some smoke coming from around the circled area after a week or so. Bought some high heat mortar but also saw that the white cement or whatever it is seemed to be chipping. Can I just fill the small gap or should I redo the white area too- and if so with what?
Refinishing the top of the stove today so ignore the rust!

Hi! I’m new here, thanks for having me! My husband and I have an EarthStove with what I believe to be a rear exit flue pipe. I’m wondering if there is a manual for this specific model, or where to find more information about it. I’ve only ever seen the EarthStoves with a top flue pipe.

Hey guys, I’m new to burning wood and am currently freaking out. Started my first fire about 4 days ago. I’m burning seasoned locust here in eastern wv. I cleaned the stove pipe cause the people I bought the house off of said they never have in 9 years. Just curious as to why this Is happening and what I should do. Also I wiped some of it off. Stove has been a steady 300 to 450 degrees. Pipe has only been 100 to 200 degrees. I think it is cooling to fast or it’s not quite cold enough yet to be using it. I could be full of it idk.
