Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors and clients professionally
Handle calls and manage front office operations
Schedule appointments and maintain organized records
Ensure a high standard of client service
Qualifications & Preferences:
Minimum: Class 12 passed
Good English & communication skills (spoken & written)
IT background preferred (basic designing, social media, MS Office)
Presentable, well-mannered, and client-focused

๐ผ 2. Visa Case Officer / Counselling Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
Guide clients through documentation and visa processes
Provide counseling on global educational opportunities
Liaise with partner institutions and stakeholders
Maintain accurate, confidential client records
Qualifications & Preferences:
Minimum: Graduate pass-outs with strong skills may also apply.
Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
Prior experience in education consultancy (advantage)
Energetic, proactive, and student-friendly
Strong organizational, communication & problem-solving skills
