As we celebrate Teachers’ Day, DHI joins the nation in paying tribute to our beloved Third Druk Gyalpo, who laid the foundation for Bhutan’s modernization, and in honoring the contributions of all teachers who nurture the minds and spirits of our future generations. We sincerely thank and offer our deepest respect to all the educators who continue to play a vital role in shaping a compassionate and wise future of Bhutan.

May this day remind us of our shared responsibility to uphold the values bestowed upon us by our beloved Druk Gyalpo, and may we always cherish and support the dedicated teachers who carry forward his legacy of enlightenment and service.
