Job over view
Responsible for implementing the overall strategic framework for Sales and Marketing, which is aligned to the long-term strategic goals of ViB Group. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the current customer base.

Duties
• Responsible for the developing and implementing effective Sales strategies.
• Responsible to sourcing and maintaining maximum profit margins.
• Build and manage customer relationships.
• Responsible for building and preserving the ViB Group Brand.
• Manage market research and campaigns.
• Implement product development.

Required experience
• Two to Four years of related progressive experience.

Required knowledge and competencies
• Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, and supervisory abilities.
• Sales and presentation skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Computer literacy including in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Access.
• Customer service orientation skills.

Required Academic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a field of Sales and Marketing or any related field.
