BRO TO BRO
1- Never play without boots no matter how good or beautiful the field is

2- Renew a players contract before they start negotiating with other clubs.

3- I don't recommend signing legends, if you do please don't get attached.

4- If a player starts causing problems in the dressing room, respectfully release the player: We don't have time for violence at the club.

5- Never sign an under age player. The rules of the game are very strict, if your unsure about the age of the player ask for their birth certificate.

6- Last but not the least: No player is bigger than the club!

7- Finally, always have a strong bench your star players will have off days.

8- Never delete an old player contact you might need them

9- If you were accused of scoring a goal while you're still on the bench, request for VAR.

10-Make sure the player pass all medical before signing

11- Never take back a player that rejected your club for another club.

HOW TO GET BACK THE TIME YOU WASTED

1. Forgive Yourself and Start Fresh
We all make mistakes. The first step to moving forward is forgiving yourself. Forget the past, accept the lessons, and start fresh. Research shows that many of the most successful people, like those who built the top 10 churches in the U.S., started their major work after 60. It’s never too late to start and make an impact. Your story, including your failures, could be the very thing that inspires someone else.

2. Find Your Purpose and Passion
Stop doing everything just because others are doing it. Focus on what matters most to you. Not every trend is for you. Find your passion and master it. Write down your vision, your goals, and your plan. A vision that is not written down is less likely to be achieved. Without vision, we lose direction. Be clear about your goals and stay focused.

3. Stop Chasing Things; Know Yourself
Chase knowledge instead of things. Don’t rush into a relationship if you don’t understand what it takes. Don’t start a business if you don’t know how to run it. Don’t seek money if you don’t know how to manage it. Solomon, known for his wisdom, didn’t ask for wealth, but for wisdom to make the right decisions. Seek knowledge before making decisions.

4. Concentration is Key
Be aware of what takes your time. The world is constantly changing and becoming more chaotic, but if you concentrate on your vision, you can stay on track. Stay focused and make each day count. It’s not too late to start again.

5. Change Your Cycle
You will face criticism and challenges, but courage is needed to break free from old habits and toxic people. Change can be painful, but it is also the path to growth. Sometimes, the hardest changes bring the greatest rewards.

6. Go Back to the Source
Whether or not you are religious, always remember your foundation. For me, I believe in the Creator, and looking back at the lessons of those who have been successful—like Jesus, who changed the world in just thr
