HOME: A One-Day Fine Art Exhibition
Celebrating Collaboration, Identity, and Belonging

We are thrilled to announce the culmination of our intensive artistic project! Join us for a special one-day exhibition featuring the works created during the filming of our forthcoming documentary, Serala sa Dithakga.

Six exceptional Batswana artists explored the meaning of HOME, reflecting on memory, identity, and the evolving sense of belonging. The exhibition presents twelve powerful original artworks: six born from surprising paired collaborations and six new solo pieces reflecting the artists' growth.

This exhibition is a testament to artistic courage and the power of creative dialogue, proudly supported by the C**A Levy on Technical Devices Fund.

Exhibition Details:

🗓 Date: Saturday, December 13, 2025

🕰 Time: 11:00 am – 4:00 pm

📍 Venue: Linnaeus at Sanitas Nurseries and Garden Centre, Gaborone

Experience: Interact with the artists, reconsider the meaning of 'Home', and enjoy complimentary snacks and wine.

Featuring work by: Naomi Loabile, Karabo Maine, Kelebogile Marope, Moratiwa Molema, Totang Motoloki, and Diablo Santana.

All artworks will be available for viewing and purchase.

(Please note: Filming will take place to capture the event's atmosphere for the documentary.)

1. Record a simple cellphone video of 3-5 minutes introducing yourself and your work:

2. Send us a photo portfolio showcasing five to ten pieces of your work.
Show your work from different angles with a mix of wide and close shots.

(A web research will reveal many sites that offer free size reduction of video and photo files).

We're looking for diversity!

Our final selection of six artists will be based on a balance of different artistic disciplines, voices, and visual engagement.
