🚨Application Form, Self-Report of Medical Conditions, Certified Academic Record/Transcript, Essay/Statement of Purpose, Certificate of Graduation, Letters of Reference, Document proving nationality (e.g., passport copy), Teaching or language proficiency certificates (optional), Criminal Record (if applicable)
Did you know these are the only documents you need for the JET Programme Phase 1 application?🚨
If you don’t have any medical conditions, you don’t need to see a physician. Just fill out the Self-Report of Medical Conditions form and the application form; it’s simple and should take about 30 minutes.
If you don’t have a passport yet, you can submit a copy of your ID but make sure to have a valid passport around the interview date.
If you are a graduate, go to your university and certify copies of your transcript and graduation certificate. This can usually be done in a day, depending on how efficient your university is.
To save time, draft your reference letters before contacting your referees. They can edit, add, or remove information as needed. Once they approve, they can add a letterhead, stamp, and signature, making the process faster.
The statement of purpose is the only part that needs extra time and care. After writing it, share it with friends or family for feedback. Don’t just submit your first draft.
My point: If you’re serious, you can submit your application by Tuesday.
* Today: start with the application form and self medical report.
* Tomorrow: certify your other documents and collect reference letters.
Note: You will be required to do medical tests, police certifications, and submit other documents at the interview stage.
However, if you have a criminal history, you will be required to submit the criminal record now.
