Onalethata Mpebe is a member of the BUP Community advisory
Board (CAB) since 2018. She is passionate about improving
lives affected by HIV/AIDS. She is the founder of "Positive
Moments, committed to HIV/AIDS prevention, treatment, care,
and support, focusing on fighting stigma, promoting self-
acceptance, and empowering behavioral change. In her journey
as an HIV activist, Onalethata has initiated impactful campaigns
like
been
# NormalizingHIV.She has
recognized as a PEPFAR Hero, International Visitors Leadership
Program participant, and Treat All Champion. She is currently
serving on advisory boards for the Botswana University of
Pennsylvania and the University of California.
