The copyrighted work is an original creative work created, produced, and exclusively owned by ML Nations. The work includes original musical compositions, sound recordings, lyrics, instrumental arrangements, music productions, master recordings, cover artwork, graphic designs, promotional materials, branding assets, audiovisual content, and other digital media published and distributed under the ML Nations brand.
The copyrighted material specifically includes the musical composition and sound recording entitled "Someday", including but not limited to its lyrics, melody, harmony, arrangement, instrumental production, vocal performance, master recording, artwork, promotional graphics, metadata, and all associated materials created for its release and distribution.
The work was independently created by ML Nations and is protected under applicable national and international copyright laws, including the Berne Convention and other intellectual property treaties. ML Nations retains all exclusive rights to reproduce, distribute, display, perform, license, and authorize the use of this copyrighted work.
The content identified in this complaint reproduces, distributes, displays, streams, uploads, shares, copies, or otherwise exploits the copyrighted material without authorization, permission, license, or legal justification from the copyright owner.
Penalty and Legal Consequences of Infringement
The unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, public performance, communication to the public, display, publication, or exploitation of ML Nations' copyrighted material constitutes copyright infringement and violates applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
ML Nations reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies against infringing parties, including but not limited to:
Immediate removal or disabling of access to the infringing content.
Termination or suspension of repeat infringer accounts.
Injunctive relief to prevent further unauthorized use.
Recovery of actual damages and statutory damages where applicable.
Recovery of profits derived from the infringing activity.
Recovery of legal costs, attorney's fees, and enforcement expenses.
Any additional remedies available under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
ML Nations requests the prompt removal of the infringing material and the prevention of any further unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or exploitation of the copyrighted work.
