We attended the Pride Month commemorations with the

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝗻 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲

This year, to celebrate Pride Month, Ambassador Howard Van Vranken hosted a reception celebrating LGBTQI+ milestones and the human rights of LGBTQI+ persons with members of the international diplomatic community, BWgovernment officials, the media, local LGBTQI+ rights advocates, and LGBTQI+ persons. Together, we reflected on the strides Botswana has made to expand recognition and respect for LGBTQI+ persons, as well as the need for further progress.

The Startupper of the year Challenge by TotalEnergies is back for its 3rd edition in 32 African countries!
Its goal is to support young African entrepreneurs between the ages of 18 and 35.
All business creation's project holders and young innovative startups with a positive impact on their communities and the planet can participate!
Final sprint before we can award the 3 winners in each country!
The Top 15 candidates from each country have now been nominated. These finalists will pitch and defend their ideas or startup in front of a local jury, to determine the 3 country-winners!

The Total Startupper of the year challenge is TOTAL Energies' initiative to support good ideas and projects that help address a widespread problem affecting communities in Eritrea and all over the world 🌎

🥳 Our lead consultant Zandile Keletso Rammekwa has been shortlisted in the TOTAL Energies StartUpper Challenge under the Business Creation category. She plans to start producing and selling biodegradable wet wipes in order to help mitigate climate change and encourage green economies.
