Sometimes we spend so much time hoping for the life we envision that we forget that a vision requires movement. We can pray for opportunities, dream about change, and imagine a better future, but none of it replaces the decision to take the next step. A destination cannot be reached by simply wishing for it.
Walking toward your vision does not always mean having everything figured out. Sometimes it means starting before you feel ready, making one difficult decision, learning something new, reaching out, trying again, or simply refusing to remain where you have outgrown. Progress is often less about dramatic leaps and more about consistently choosing actions that bring you closer to the person and life you desire.
As this week comes to an end, ask yourself: Am I actually moving toward the life I say I want, or am I only thinking about it? Your circumstances may not change overnight, but your direction can change today.
Step into the new week intentionally. Don't wait for the perfect moment, the perfect opportunity, or someone else to make it happen for you. Take the next step. Then another. Your vision needs more than belief, it needs movement.
"It's not going to happen for you, if you don't consciously walk toward it." β Kier Gaines
