Central TV & Internet is committed to delivering high quality cable and internet services to customers across Belize. We aim to become the leading broadband provider in the country by combining advanced technology with reliable service and consistent support. At the time, we offered between two and 65 channels to residents in San Ignacio Town, Santa Elena, and Esperanza Village. By 2002, we expand
ed our reach to include Central Farm and Georgeville. In 2007, we began upgrading our network. We introduced fiber optics to work alongside our existing copper system and replaced outdated hardware with modern technology. This allowed us to offer more than 125 channels, including both digital and high definition programming. With this advancement came the opportunity to introduce high speed internet. By 2009, we extended services to Belize City and many surrounding villages. In 2010, we rebranded as Central Cable Vision and opened branches in Belize City, Belmopan, and San Ignacio. Customers across these locations could now access digital and HD content through our Set Top Box system. In 2012, we launched DiBo, short for Digital Boss, a digital video recording system designed to give customers more control over their viewing experience. The following year, we officially became Central TV and Internet to reflect our expanded service offerings. In 2014, we introduced MITV, a mobile internet television app that works on most Android and Apple devices. Today, Central TV and Internet continues to invest in innovation. We are committed to delivering faster speeds, better coverage, and more value as we expand and improve our network.
