In early 2003 Maroly Tut, aka MJT, took interest in music and writing songs. Living in Benque Viejo Del Carmen and not knowing where to record his songs, he decided to record his music himself by building a small recording room at his back yard, thus naming it 'Back Yard Studios' where he recorded all of his underground CD's and demos. Through time MJT started recording new artists, 'West Side Hom
ies' being one of the firsts, a group which he shortly joined and became part of. Soon after, Back Yard Studios was getting recognition among the community and new artist were joining in the scene to record their music at this new studio. After some time, the studio was making a lot of progress and was soon upgraded but due to some issues with the name of the studio it was renamed to B.Y. As time went by, B.Y. Productions extended its wings and began creating original beats with MJT as the house producer. It also started to create slide shows, advertisement designs, picture and CD cover designs and much more with Javier Guerra aka Javi G as the designer. Production is also producing music videos. The main goal of this production is to help and support all artists not only in Belize, but all over the world.
