Join me on a journey to the divine as we find our Flow in BELIZE. Experience a 7-night all-inclusive retreat filled with breathwork, yoga, meditation, myofascial release, restorative practices, and Yoga Nidra. Imagine waking up to the sound of birdsong and gentle waves lapping at the shores of our private island getaway off the coast of Dangriga, Belize—without a to-do list, calls to make, deadlines to meet, or dinners to prepare. Just you, your mat, and endless time to simply BE. Everything will be taken care of.
One of the most important aspects of a retreat is the space to relax, unwind, and deeply rest. We'll connect with our bodies, minds, and spirits, supporting each other as we deepen our yoga practice and create a union of spirit and physical experience. Retreats are an essential part of my wellness plan, helping me show up more fully for my family, friends, clients, and students from a grounded and resourced place.

2 Shared Spots in the Coveted Overwater Bungalow: This option is perfect for a couple or two friends, with the possibility of a king bed or two twin beds. The all-inclusive rate is $3,610 per person, which includes a $500 non-refundable deposit. Payment plans are available if needed.
1 Spot in a Spacious Oceanfront Cabana:This option includes a wonderful roommate and features twin beds, reserved for a female. The all-inclusive rate is $3,310 per person, which also includes a $500 non-refundable deposit. Payment plans can be arranged if necessary.
Direct flights are available from Denver International Airport to Belize City on Saturdays. Your rate includes a 25-minute domestic flight to Dangriga and a 25-minute boat ride to our private island.
While you're here, you can enjoy complementary snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, or simply lounging with a coconut or your drink of choice in one of the many hammocks or lounge chairs.

Daily Schedule:
6:15 AM: Optional Sunrise Meditation and Breath Practice
7:00 AM: Breakfast
10:15 AM: Morning Flow Practice
12:30 PM: Lunch
1:00 PM - 4:15 PM: Free Time (one afternoon will include a group snorkeling trip to the Barrier Reef)
4:15 PM: Snack and Juice
5:00 PM: Evening Practice (Myofascial Release, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Yin)
7:00 PM: Dinner
