🍓🌕 Simple Practices
for the Full Strawberry Moon

The Full Strawberry Moon is traditionally associated with the beginning of summer’s abundance—a reminder to notice what’s growing in your life and what you’re ready to leave behind.

~~~•~~~
Here are a few simple ways to spend some time with this full moon:
✨ Reflect and Journal
Ask yourself:
• What has grown in my life over the past month?
• What am I ready to let go of?
• Where do I want to direct my energy next?
✨ Take a Moonlit Walk
Spend 15–30 minutes outside after sunset.
Leave your phone behind if you can.
Simply notice the sights, sounds, smells, and the feeling of being present.
✨ Practice Gratitude
Write down 5–10 things you’re genuinely grateful for.
They don’t have to be life-changing—sometimes the smallest things matter most.
✨ Meditate
Even 10 minutes of quiet breathing can help you settle your mind and notice what needs your attention.
✨ Declutter Something
Clear out a drawer, your workspace, your inbox, or donate items you no longer use. Letting go physically can feel surprisingly refreshing mentally.
✨ Set an Intention
Choose one thing you’d like to focus on over the next few weeks.
Keep it simple and realistic.
~~~•~~~

💎 Crystals to Work With

💜 Amethyst –
For calm, clarity, and quiet reflection.
Hold it during meditation or keep it nearby while journaling.

🤍 Clear Quartz –
A versatile crystal often used to bring focus and amplify intentions.
Place it beside your journal or hold it while reflecting.

🌙 Moonstone –
Traditionally associated with new beginnings, emotional awareness, and intuition.
A gentle companion for meditation or mindful reflection.

🌹 Rose Quartz –
A beautiful reminder of self-compassion.
Hold it over your heart while taking a few slow breaths or practicing a loving-kindness meditation.

🩶 Smoky Quartz –
Often chosen when you’re intentionally letting go of stress, worry, or emotional heaviness.
Hold it while writing down (or thinking about) what you’re ready to release.

Whether you believe crystals have energetic properties or simply enjoy them as meaningful symbols, they can serve as tangible reminders of the qualities you’d like to invite into your life.

🌝 The full moon doesn’t have to be about rituals or grand experiences.
Sometimes the most meaningful practice is simply making time to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.

🍓🌕 Full Strawberry Moon 🌕 🍓

The next major lunar event is the Full Strawberry Moon on Monday, June 29.

The name comes from the traditional strawberry harvest season in parts of North America (it doesn’t mean the Moon will actually look pink or red!).

~~~•~~~
✨ What you might notice:
* Emotions may feel a little closer to the surface, making it easier to recognize what’s been building beneath the surface.
* Conversations you’ve been putting off may naturally come up.
* You may feel a stronger urge to finish projects, make decisions, or let go of things that have been draining your energy.
* Relationships can feel more revealing—for better or worse—as people tend to express what’s really on their minds.
~~~•~~~

🌕 Rather than expecting dramatic events, think of a full moon as a natural pause point: a good time to reflect on what’s working, what isn’t, and what you’re ready to move forward with.

Whether or not you believe the Moon directly influences us, it offers a simple reminder to check in with yourself.

Life moves quickly, and we don’t always notice how much we’ve grown, what we’ve outgrown, or what we’ve been avoiding—until we stop long enough to look.

🌞 The Summer Solstice 🌞

Sunday, June 21, 2026 at 1:24 AM PDT
(In the Northern Hemisphere)

Every year, the Sun reaches its highest point in the sky, giving us the longest day and shortest night of the year.
This moment is called the Summer Solstice—from the Latin solstitium, meaning “the sun stands still.”

But the solstice is more than an astronomical event.

For thousands of years, people around the world have gathered to honor this day. Ancient cultures built monuments aligned to the rising sun.
Indigenous traditions celebrated the life-giving power of nature.
Communities lit bonfires, danced, feasted, and gave thanks for the abundance of the Earth.

Why?

Because the solstice reminds us of something deeply human: life moves in cycles.

🌻 Seeds become flowers.

🌊 Tides come and go.

🌙 The moon waxes and wanes.

✨ And we, too, move through seasons of growth, challenge, rest, and renewal.

The Summer Solstice arrives at the peak of light.
Yet hidden within this day is a quiet paradox: after the solstice, the days slowly begin to shorten.
Even at the height of brilliance, change has already begun.

There is wisdom in that.

The solstice invites us to pause and ask:

☀️ What in my life is working?
☀️ Where am I being called to shine more fully?
☀️ What am I ready to release as the seasons turn?

Whether you see it through a spiritual lens, a scientific one, or simply as a beautiful moment in nature, the solstice offers an opportunity to reconnect—with the Earth, with gratitude, and with yourself.

This weekend, take a moment to step outside.
Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin. Watch the evening light linger a little longer.
Notice the trees, the birds, the sky…

The universe is marking a turning point.

And perhaps, in its own quiet way, inviting you to mark one too.

🌞 Happy Solstice.
May you welcome the light around you—and the light within you. ✨
