Home is never just walls and a roof โ itโs the paw prints on the floors, the muddy mornings, the late-night laughs, the quiet moments, and the memories built day by day. Today we said goodbye to the little house that held the last two years of our lives. Our first home together, the place where so much of us began. ๐ค๐พ
Bittersweet doesnโt even begin to cover it. Leaving a place that carried so many memories with our animals and our everyday life is hardโฆ but sometimes the hardest goodbyes come before the most beautiful new beginnings.
We are so excited to share that weโve taken a huge step and will hopefully be purchasing a home of our own. ๐กโจ With that, weโve officially left the Fraser Valley and have made the move up to the Cariboo region. A new chapter, new scenery, new adventures, and so much to come.
I also start a new job next week in mixed animal practice, which feels like another dream unfolding at the same time. ๐ด๐ถ๐ฎ
