I've been working hard on getting into the habit of writing!!!!!😮 I started an apocalyptic fiction book a year ago and I let life get in the way, so the last few months I've been working on it!! Creating the new habit of writing, it's never been something I do regularly so it's a prickly habit(thanks Krystle Plante for the word) to create daily, even weekly.

Looooving my new island in the kitchen that helps me write between massage clients and my new office space which is half office, half massage space. Makes for some great energy to write and create magic!

Looking for a Family Day Weekend Adventure anyone???? Seems like it been eons since we really got to do much as a community! So why not come out and support a local not for profit!

Our Skate, Fire & Fun Day Sunday Feb 20th from 11-3pm, outside at Lions Park in St. Albert(indoor washrooms)
We will have great Door Prizes for adults and kids and you can put your donation tickets in whichever you'd like!

Hot Dogs/Marshmellows on the fire & Hot Chocolate, your choice(all included with your Donation)! Just a fun outside event amidst this chaos we are in is exactly what my soul needs!

Ahhhh, this is one of our favorite places to be...loving each other is easy, being actively in-love with each other takes effort.

Conscious effort on both our parts. Last week I gave hubby a hot stone relaxation massage and this week he returned it with a deep massage for me. And of course a scalp and face massage as well(he is badass at this!)

Aaaand, he's gotten pretty darn good at this massage business!

Grateful everyday that we continue to find ways to love on each other and grow and deepen our conscious relationship. It's beautiful!

Little ways to show our love and make each other feel special, this makes for great relationship consciousness, boost our love and keeps us in love(which actually takes active creation)

I always hear people say the honeymoon phase is just a phase and I have to disagree.

It actually takes choosing to be in that energy all the time...we both have many moments even after almost 6 years of that magical feeling and why not keep creating more of it?
