90+ years of showing up. ❤️

Since 1934, the women of the May Court Club of Windsor have brought their time, ideas and energy to causes that matter across the city.

From their Wyandotte Street thrift shop to fundraisers, fashion shows and community events, their work takes many forms, all with the same purpose at heart. ✨

In 2026 alone, May Court provided $140,000 to 17 local organizations supporting children and youth.

A Windsor story more than nine decades in the making. Read it in the latest issue of The DRIVE Magazine. 📖

So, what’s next, Patty? 🎙️

For the last 45 years, Patty Handysides has been a familiar voice across Windsor-Essex. Now, for the first time since high school, her summer ☀️ belongs entirely to her.

No broadcasts, newsroom deadlines or alarm clock calling her to the studio. ⏰

But slowing down doesn’t necessarily mean sitting still...

Between emceeing community events, riding local trails and even her unexpected side gig as a licensed pyrotechnician 🎆, retirement may have a few surprises in store.

📖 What does life after 45 years on air look like? Read Patty’s full story in the latest issue of The DRIVE Magazine.

Make an impact beyond the pages 📖

Faces of Windsor is a collaborative photography and storytelling project capturing the people who make Windsor, Windsor. 📸

Created in partnership with CMHA-WECB ,  we're bringing together portraits and stories in a coffee-table book that reflects our region through the people who call it home.

Now, we’re inviting community professionals and organizations to stand behind it.

By sponsoring Faces of Windsor, you’re supporting a celebration of the people and stories that make our community home, while contributing to local mental health initiatives right here in Windsor-Essex. ❤️

Sponsorship opportunities are now available.

What if the ordinary is worth remembering? 💭

For artist 🎨 Chloe Chlumecky, inspiration lives in the moments most of us barely notice.

Afternoon light moving across a room, a familiar corner of home, or the warmth of a place you’ve known for years. ☀️

With roots in Walkerville and a studio on Erie Street, Chloe transforms these fleeting scenes into oil paintings that hold onto something deeper: the feeling of a moment before it becomes a memory.
