Don’t worry nerds, we got the year figured out!!!!

All our Nerdy Cafes are planned out for this school year for you to nerd out over your nerd on and check out ones you have been curious about. It is a great time of connecting with fellow nerds, having fun, and leveling up in your life/faith.

This month, nah, next week Friday Sept. 11 at 7pm-9pm we are going love our veggies with a Veggie Tales nerd. You’ll want your whole family to come out with awesome Veggie references, karaoke, and snackage that will wake up the kid inside you! Don’t miss out or you might get slushied…!

Last week we had our Gamer Camp with a whopping 14 students!!!!! They got to do lots of building and creative challenges in Minecraft while also learning some great mental health tools that help in everyday life. There may have been some random cardboard companions that joined in as well. Our Pastor Lo (PLo) created and spearheaded this awesome camp, it was so much fun even Mike Wilson got in on it!!!!

Thank you to our volunteers for making the camp work and look forward to seeing these campers throughout the year!

That’s a wrap for Imagination and RPG Camps!

Lot of creativity and fun with these 6 nerds in various ways. From giant paper airplanes, to fighting off giant frogs, and making amazing cake!!!!! It was so cool to see these youth get locked in with sharing the unique gifts and ways of thinking that God has given them.

Also a thank you to M A T T L E F A I T for sending a video full of creative advice for our Imagination Camp! Getting to share your music with the crew was awesome to see them respond well to it. :)

Aug 17-21 at Quinte Youth Unlimited Youth Centre

Imagine/Creator Camp (9am-12pm)
Harness your imagination/creativity through different through creative blockbusting activities! (Writers, artists, storytellers welcomed)

RPG Camp (1pm-4pm)
Have a mind for adventure and a love for cooperative storytelling? You’ll be able to create your own character and backstory while working with a team on different adventures in our role playing game camp!

Aug 24-28 (9am-12pm) Quinte Youth Unlimited

Gamer Camp
Join your fellow gamers in open world development in a digital space while working on big a big project together throughout the week!

WE HAVE A STREAMING STUDIO!!!!!

If you have not been on our latest live streams, we now are operating our streams in our streaming studio! This is part of the new space that has now in expanding our variety of ministries that we do.

With the separate streaming space it is freeing up the opportunity for more streaming hosts to do more ministry. It also saves streamers from being potentially interrupted/distracted by outside environment.

Day 9 of and our fellow ship has been making some big progress in distance and fundraising! We are nearly out of the Mines of Moria; a dark time facing an even darker foe. It is at this encounter that this year’s theme was inspired after and are encouraged to keep the journey going in the midst of the darkness we face.

Today during our Level Up Stream, we were reminded of our true source of light in our life through all circumstances. “Who among you fears the Lord and obeys his servant? If you are walking in darkness, without a ray of light, trust in the Lord and rely on your God.” ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭50‬:‭10‬
